no, I would not play a 9/11 game. I generally only play games with a scifi/fantasy hook, real-life scenarios are BORING (except maybe racing games).

to tell u the truth, not sure I'd pick 360 if I were buying now. however, when I did purchase my 360 it was 6 mos. in, hadn't heard the news about RROD yet. what I did know was original xbox had the cool exclusives (*ahem* Morrowind, KOTOR & Halo), a trend I expected to continue; and of course XBL compared to sony's lame excuse for online. couldn't afford XBL during my original x...
actually I never thought Bioshock looked that super-great, when u look at just the pure graphics. however, the superior level design was and is so much better than most... like, a lot.
GEARS is better from a technical, look-at-the-textures standpoint IMO. but yet u start to notice GEARS's little 'building blocks' of perfect squares of cover. whereas Bioshock doesn't feel like it's made out of legos.
